The detergent is stored and heated in the cleaning station. Our standard cleaning system consists of a 300 or 500 litre storage tank. A double station design is also available.
In order to clean a reactor, a number of spray lances are positioned in the tank. Once the minimum temperature of the respective cleaning agent has been reached in the feed tank, the cleaning process begins. During this process, the cleaning medium is constantly pumped in the circuit. An automatic filter continuously cleans the medium.
The system can be re-cooled in a very short time after the cleaning process has been completed. Various safety devices ensure that the operator does not come into contact with the hot medium at any time.
When the capacity of the cleaning medium is exhausted, a pump removes the medium from the tank and the replenishment process can begin.
